If you’ve purchased the Diagnostic, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the booking link and the intake form. If you’ve submitted a Leadership Reset enquiry, we’ll reply with the right next step for your context, usually a short scoping call so we can match the right approach quickly.
We match based on what you’re trying to achieve, how you work, and the pace you want. The Diagnostic exists to create clarity fast and to make the recommendation grounded rather than guessy. If you already know the cadence you want, we’ll still validate it against your goal so you buy the right thing first time.
